My name is Da'Nielle Lucas, and I'm also known as DaNielleIAM, #YourPlaybookCoach. I'm a Female Leader, a Motivational Speaker, a Business Owner/CEO, and a Brand Coach/Manager, that is dedicated to those wanting a Positive CHANGE.... and to those that are Ready for that SHIFT out of 1st gear! If you are not GROWING, then YOU ARE STUCK.......that's IT and that's ALL! And one of the MOST important and MOST vital pieces to any CHANGE in life....is our Mindset! And I FIRMLY believe that...."If you CHANGE your Mind....you CHANGE your LIFE!"
I am the founder of The"I.AM The CHANGE" Movement that started back in 2013, which was a group for both Men and Women; NOT only for Business Owners, Entrepreneurs, Bosses, CEO's, etc...........It was for ANY & ALL who desired to be BETTER Leaders, BETTER Achievers, BETTER Doers, BETTER Followers......and just ALL-AROUND BETTER Individuals than you were the day before! All was going well in my life, just fine and dandy! Business was soaring, health and family was in tack...
But then in 2016, I separated from my husband of 18 years, and after going through a divorce, it not only set me back personally, but professionally as well! OMG... I tell you, it had a MAJOR impact! As I suffered, so did my business. I had to end up taking a part-time job temporarily just to be able to maintain the upkeep of my home and life with 2 children at home. With me not having systems in place, that could WORK for me, while I was somewhat (an emotional wreck at the time), and just all over the place mentally, I wasn't able to keep up with the demands of my business! So after Learning, Failing, and Learning some MORE, I gained some REALLY great insight on how to be more Productive, how to Build Systems that you can pretty much put on Auto-pilot, and kinda SET it and FORGET it, that will help put your business on Automation NO MATTER what the industry...where you can spend MORE time doing what you LOVE with the people you love, instead of what you have to do!
I've learned how to become MORE PRODUCTIVE and set better goals, reach and master them, through a variety of Tools and Resources I had to be forced to create, research, design, and come up with to help get ME and my BUSINESS out of the RUT I was experiencing at that time! Through SURVIVING ALL of what I lost, and pretty much starting over and BOUNCING BACK, God allowed me to Organize "The Game ChangHers Women's Organization"! This organization allows me to SERVE and Give BACK ALL the Knowledge, Spiritual and Personal Development, Wisdom, all the Resources, Tools, Information, Business Tips, etc. and everything in BETWEEN, that I've learned along the way, in order to assist the NEXT Woman in Business reach HER FULL potential. This organization is where Business AND Faith Collide, and as we are PROUD to say that we are Women of God...we are also Women in Business! So as I GROW... YOU GROW, and we ALL make it TOGETHER to achieve the Dreams and Profits God has intended for US!
With an Associates Degree in Marketing, and a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, and over 17 plus years in Business for MYSELF as a Brand and Business Coach/Consultant that offers a variety of services from Coaching and Workshops at DaNielle.com, to Custom Graphic Logo and Website Designs and more!
